As a middle aged woman called FrancEs I must pull you up on this..Haha!

If you are a FrancIs that is the MALE form of the name.

Francis like HIS & Frances with a E like HER.

I'm always being called a Francis which really annoys me.....I don't understand why if I sign my name Frances people respond by changing the spelling I have used to Francis!!!

So anyway fear not yours is not a woman's name after all!!!!

Hope you don't mind my 'frankness'...

Frances

Being a biracial person myself (Spanish, Jewish and West Indian) this article spoke to me. I can relate. The identity trials and prejudices strengthen your resolve. It builds resilience. You mature fast and that can be a good thing. Coming to terms with the conflict within us is a significant part. Being proud of all the rich culture that runs through your veins. The difficulties along the way caused me to be aware, compassionate, discerning, informed, fluid and walk with dignity for who Gods made me to be. Thanks for writing this article.

Great piece, Francis. I am fond of the name 'Francis', actually. Your writing always makes me laugh which is a nice thing to have happen. These days, If one didn't laugh one would cry. Keep up the great work - I always look forward to your posts and content on TRIGGERNOMETRY. Excellent stuff,

Merry Christmas to you.

Damn, Francis, the way things are shaping up in the UK you may want to consider adopting yet another national association--American. I, for one, would be proud to call you a fellow American. We need more funny scousers over here, and you won't have to worry about getting thrown in jail by a gaggle of waterheads with zero sense of humor.

BTW, are there still Bobbies in London who don't carry guns and have the hats and everything? I hope so, but I rather doubt it. I'm getting nostalgic. There's a Roger Miller song, "England Swings (Like a Pendulum Do)" that reminds me of my very early days during the British Invasion. I wanted to be James Bond and wore 007 cologne, but later switched to Hai Karate.

Hmm... Every Francis and Frances I knew, growing up in East London and Essex, were called Frank, Frankie, Fran or Fanny. How did you escape that FF?

Hope you had a Merry Christmas. Enjoying Chanukah. And looking forward to a Happy New Year!

Best wishes xx 👋

Morgan Freeman a famous American actor I think, was asked what his answer was to race relations in America.

His answer “stop talking about it.”

This is exactly why you are the most fascinating man I have ever met. I am sure I will not find another like you in this wayward world of ours. You're badass beautiful and it is spellbinding. Do you remember when you wrote about Mike Tyson. That he was your childhood hero. You wish you could have his power and skill. Well, you are my Mike Tyson. Your power and skill may not be in your physique but it is in your character. And unlike Tyson your power and skill will never wane because of old age. More so, you will just keep on getting stronger. My Grandmother would always give this advice: "pain and heartache doesn't get easier with age, you just get stronger to endure it." Same with the weights in the gym. They do not get lighter, you get stronger.

When you compare your name to a middle age woman's name, it reminds me of Johnny Cash's - A Man Named Sue. Because of your name you are the strong man you are today. And we must not forget those lesbians that have a big head now because they think they look as gorgeous as The Francis Foster, camedian and sexy lover man 😘👌 Please, dream on lesbians!🙄 🤭

Thank you again for being you ❤️
